Lot 101:
An original watercolor by Oregon artist Ruth Burden. Made in 1992. Hand signed and dated in the bottom left. Matted and kept in a protective plastic sleeve. Includes a photograph of one of Ruth Burden’s art shows. Measures with the matting 20″ H x 27″ W. Burden (1928-2020) was a beloved art teacher, and started her art career being rececognized for creating pen/ink drawings of historic buildings in Livermore, California. She was also known for her variety of watercolors, pastels, and sketches.
