“Lonesome Dove: Gus in the Dry Bean” a hand-signed silver photograph of Robert Duval as Gus McCrae from the “Lonesome Dove” television miniseries (1989) by listed photographer Bill Wittliff. Bill Wittliff is an American Postwar & Contemporary artist who was born in 1940. Their work is currently being shown at the Old Post Office Museum and Art Center in Graham. Numerous key galleries and museums such as the Flatbed Center for Contemporary Printmaking have featured Bill Wittliff’s work in the past. In MutualArt’s artist press archive, Bill Wittliff is featured in “Literary Frontiers: Historical Fiction and the Creative Imagination”, a piece from Glasstire in February 2019. Measures in the frame 23.25” H x 19.25” W.
