A stunning pair of floating nightstands in Teak by Hans Wegner for Getama. Dove-tail construction, each with a single drawer and glass top, circa 1960s. These nightstands can sit on the floor or be mounted on a wall. Each nightstand measures 19.5” H x 15.5” W x 13.25” D. Hans Jørgensen Wegner was a Danish furniture designer. His work, along with a concerted effort from several of his manufacturers, contributed to the international popularity of mid-century Danish design. His style is often described as Organic Functionality, a modernist school with emphasis on functionality.
